In case you have a common class insurance

1. When you make a consultation appointment you are directed to one of our doctors, depending on the type of health problem, the degree of urgency, and availability within our team.
2. The bill for your consultation(s) is sent to your insurance company (third party payment principle). You might need to participate in the costs, depending on your chosen insurance model.
3. In case of an outpatient or stationary operation you will be taken care of by a doctor from the Centre. Because our practice is also a training facility for assistant doctors it is possible that the intervention is undertaken by an assistant doctor, supervised by a senior practice member. 
In general, we aim to maintain a certain continuity of people who take care of you; however, this can not always be guaranteed.
   The bill for the intervention will be directly sent by the clinic (Clinique Générale, Clinique Moncor or Hôpital Daler) to your insurance company.

In case you have a half-private or private class insurance

1. When you make an appointment, we aim to direct you without delay to a doctor of your choice.
2. The bill for your consultation(s) is sent to your insurance company (third party payment principle). You might need to participate in the costs, depending on your chosen insurance model.
3. In case of a stationary operation, you will always have the benefit to choose the doctor who proceeds with the intervention. As a rule, this doctor will also ensure any post-operative visits.

5. In case of a disease or accident for which the half-private or private division is guaranteed by your complementary assurance LAMAL the surgeon and assistant doctor (if applicable) fee invoice will be directly given you in two copies by our practice (third party payment principle). We leave you the choice of sending a copy to your complementary insurance company that will pay the sum of question into your account. After that, you can pay us by using the QR code displayed in the fee invoice. 
In case of a disease or accident for which the half-private or private division is guaranteed by the LAA (professional accident insurance) the surgeon and assistant doctor (if applicable) fee invoice will be sent directly to the insurer (third party payment principle).
6. In case of an ambulant operation, the insurance companies (with rare exceptions) do not distinguish between common and private class insurances. Hence, the aforementioned advantages are not applicable. Nonetheless we aim to, whenever possible, let you choose your doctor.

In case you do not have a Swiss insurance

1. The consultation fees must be paid directly to the practice
2. In case of an ambulant or stationary operation the Clinique will create an invoice in advance
