Your first appointment

Appointments can be made either by your GP or by yourself, either by phone call or email. During this first contact kindly inform us about which body part is injured, about the level of urgency for an appointment and about your insurance class (common, half-private or private class).

For your first appointment kindly bring along your insurance card and, if applicable, any medical documents in your possession. We prefer any X-ray images as a CD-ROM or USB key. Internet links to X-ray images are also possible; however, the image resolution could unfortunately be impeded, and the transmission can be difficult or even impossible if the link is time limited.
